This masala is made with sun-dried red chilies, lentils, whole spices, and dry coconut – just like it’s made in traditional kitchens. No synthetic flavoring, no preservatives – only clean, natural ingredients that bring out the true flavor of this iconic dish.

Ingredients: Gram dal, Orid dal, Black pepper, Cumin, Fenugreek seeds, Compounded asafoetida, Mustard seeds, Dry chilli, Coriander seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Crystal salt & Dry coconut
Directions for use:
COOK: 3 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker; Add 1/4 tsp mustard seed + curry leaves + 1 diced onion + 1 tomato, SAUTE for 1 minute; Add 1 cup vegetables + 3-4 tbsp DNachiys Bisi Bele Bath Masala + salt + a pinch of Turmeric powder & asafoetida; Add 3/4 cup rice + 1/2 cup Toor dal + 4 cups water, Cook well. Finally add 3 tbsp tamarind water and cook on low flame for few minutes.
TEMPER: 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan + 1/4 tsp mustard seed + 1 tbsp cashewnut + curry leaves + dried red chillies; Fry for 1 minute.
ADD the tempering to cooked rice and Mix well.
TIP: Avoid adding Drumstick.
Storage: Once opened, store in an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Use a dry spoon.
