Ingredients: Gram dal, Orid dal, Black pepper, Cumin, Fenugreek seeds, Compounded asafoetida, Dry chilli, Coriander seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Crystal salt, Turmeric powder & Marathi moggu.
Directions for use: COOK: 3 tbsp oil in a vessel; Add 1/4 tsp mustard seed + curry leaves + dried red chillies + 1 diced onion + 1 tomato, SAUTE well; Add 1 cup capsicum or brinjal + 2-3 tbsp DNachiys Vangi Bath Masala + a pinch of Turmeric powder & asafoetida; Cook well until soft. Add 3 cups of cooked rice and Mix well.
Storage: Once opened, store in an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Use a dry spoon.
