At DNachiys Foods, your satisfaction is important to us. We handcraft our products with care, using natural ingredients and traditional methods. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully.
No Returns on Food Products
Due to the perishable nature and safety standards related to food products, we do not accept returns on items once they are delivered. This helps us ensure every customer receives fresh and uncontaminated products.
When Are Refunds or Replacements Applicable?
We offer refunds or replacements in the following scenarios:
Damaged or Leaked Products:
If your order arrives visibly damaged or has leaked, please share clear photos with us within 24 hours of delivery.Wrong Item Delivered:
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item.Missing Items:
If any product is missing from your confirmed order, please notify us with the invoice copy and parcel photo within 24 hours.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please send an email to dnachiys@gmail.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (mandatory for damaged/leaked/wrong items)
- Invoice copy (if possible)
We will respond within 2–3 business days and process eligible refunds or replacements as quickly as possible.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only (e.g., UPI, card, Razorpay, etc.)
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Orders refused at delivery without valid reason
- Complaints raised after the allowed time frame (24–48 hours)
- Minor changes in taste or texture (our products are handmade and natural—some variation is normal!)
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email at dnachiys@gmail.com.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
